Timeroom
Everything you need to know about Timeroom.
An agent that tells you what's wrong with your day and fixes it one suggestion at a time.
An agent that connects to your Google or Outlook calendar and fixes your day one suggestion at a time. Not another calendar. Not another metrics dashboard. You press a button, see a preview, approve. That's it.
Most tools help you plan. Timeroom acts on what's already there. It locks focus time, adds buffers after important meetings, moves flexible events to less-busy hours, and asks for your approval before applying any change.
3 simple categories, visible in the Calendar tab:
Your day in a single word, at the top of Today:
The central button on Today. Timeroom looks at the day, picks the single most useful change (defrag scattered gaps, add buffers, or shield focus), and shows you a preview. If you press Apply Changes, it does the work. If no useful change exists, it tells you the day is already stable.
Fix My Day changes nothing on its own - it proposes, you see a preview and approve (Apply Changes). The Day Status (Clear/Tight/...) is just a read of your day, not an action. The only thing that acts automatically in the background is the Rules you switch on (e.g. Daily Focus, Breathing Room) - and every such action is recorded in the Activity log, where you can see what Timeroom actually did.
A rule you turn on in the Rules tab. It locks 90 minutes of focus time on your calendar every workday, so meetings can't land there.
A rule in the Rules tab. No meetings before 10:00. Gives you deep-work time early in the day with no interruptions.
A rule in the Rules tab. Automatically adds 15-minute buffers between important meetings. Gives you time to take notes, take a breath, switch mindset before the next call.
A rule in the Rules tab. Tells Timeroom never to move fixed events like sleep, gym hours, personal commitments - even if they're technically "flexible" on the calendar.
In the Rules tab you write your own rule in plain English (e.g. "No meetings on Friday afternoons" or "Block 14:00-16:00 every Tuesday for deep work"). Timeroom remembers it every time Fix My Day runs.
No. Every change goes through a preview modal and Apply Changes first. No automatic moves without your approval. It will never cancel or move a meeting with clients or external collaborators without your explicit consent.
With UTC-First Normalization: every event is calculated against a Unix Epoch timestamp, eliminating errors from DST or timezone differences. You see the correct time in your local timezone, your guest sees it in theirs.
Daily: it scans your calendar in the morning and prepares the Day Status. It doesn't apply changes unless you press Fix My Day yourself. All changes go through preview + approval.
Calendar events (read + write after your approval) and email metadata from the Promotions/Social tabs for Inbox Cleanout. We don't read email content. OAuth tokens are encrypted. We don't sell data. See the Privacy Policy.
In the Account tab, under Connected accounts, press Disconnect on the relevant account. This immediately stops all actions and deletes the OAuth tokens.
In the Actions tab, under Override. It cancels all non-essential meetings (flexible and low-importance) for the next 7 days and sends cancellation emails to attendees. "Heavy red button". Use it only when your week has become genuinely unsustainable and you need a reset. Always shows a preview first.
Yes. 14 days free Pro plan, no credit card required. Full access to all Pro features. When the trial ends, you pick a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, access to protected features pauses until you do.
Starter (€9.99/month): Today with Day Status, Calendar view, Fix My Day, 4 rules (Morning Focus / Daily Focus / Breathing Room / Guarded Time), Custom Rule, Activity log.
Pro (€19.99/month): Everything in Starter, plus advanced Defrag/Shield/Buffer/Clear actions, Slack/Teams integrations, weekly email digests, priority support.
Business (€39.99/month): Everything in Pro, plus multi-calendar support, team accounts, Virtual Assistant Services for human-powered support, dedicated onboarding.
Your data and calendar connections remain. Protected features (Fix My Day, Actions, Custom Rule) lock until you pick a plan. You can subscribe at any time from the Account tab.
In Account → Integrations tab, paste the webhook URL of your Slack or Teams workspace. You'll receive: a daily morning digest with the Day Status, a weekly recap every Friday afternoon, and alerts when Timeroom needs your approval for a change.
In the Account tab you'll find the iCal URL of your calendar. Paste it into any calendar client (Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.) for a read-only sync. Updates every hour.
Timeroom
Plain English. Read it once, then never open it again.
In one sentence: Timeroom is the assistant that tells you what's wrong with your day and fixes it one suggestion at a time. Not another calendar. Not another metrics dashboard.
You connect your Google or Outlook calendar. You press a button. Timeroom proposes a change. You approve. That's it.
Important: the Day Status is a read of your day, not something Timeroom did. Fix My Day proposes, you approve - it never changes your calendar on its own. The Rules you switch on act automatically in the background, and everything Timeroom does shows in the Activity log.
Your home screen. On one screen: your day status in a single word (Clear, Tight, Scattered, Overloaded, Needs Fix), a one-line explanation, the single suggested next action, and a Fix My Day button. You press the button, see a preview, approve it.
Your schedule for today and the next 6 days. Read-only - to make changes you go to Google or Outlook directly. Every event carries one of 3 tags: Unmovable (meetings, sleep, holidays - never moved), Focus (deep work time locked by Timeroom), Flexible (events Timeroom can rearrange).
Two sections, linear, no noise:
Your preferences. 4 toggles + 1 free-text field:
Your account, connected calendars, plan, Slack/Teams integrations (Pro), email triage settings, language, and links to privacy/security/help. Compact help links live at the bottom of the Profile sub-tab.
These make real changes that affect other people. Read what they do before pressing them:
Everything else is safe to try.
The most useful feedback is when you don't understand something. Not "I found a bug", but "I didn't get this". For example:
Email us at hello@timeroom.ai. Those are the spots that confuse people, and those are what we need to fix.

Timeroom ("we", "us") operates the timeroom.ai website and the Timeroom calendar orchestration service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service.
When you connect your calendar account (Google or Outlook), we access: your email address, display name, and calendar events (titles, times, descriptions, attendees). Calendar data is processed in real time for scheduling analysis, conflict detection, and time management features. We do not permanently store your calendar content beyond action logs and user-created configuration.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Timeroom service: reading and classifying calendar events by priority, blocking deep work time, scheduling meetings on your behalf, detecting calendar conflicts, generating productivity analytics and weekly reports, and creating focus sessions with time blocking. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
OAuth tokens and action logs are stored in Cloudflare KV (encrypted at rest). Action logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Weekly reports are deleted after 90 days. We do not maintain a separate database of your calendar content.
We integrate with Google APIs and Microsoft Graph API for calendar and email access. These integrations are governed by their respective privacy policies. We also use Stripe for payment processing; Stripe handles all payment data directly and we never store your card details.
Google: Read/write calendar and user profile (email, name). Outlook: Read/write calendars and user profile (email, name). Timeroom does not request mailbox access on Outlook accounts. These permissions are required for Timeroom to read your existing calendar events, create and manage events on your behalf (time blocking, scheduling, templates), and display your account details. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request data deletion, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, disconnect your account or contact us.
You can disconnect your account at any time from the Connect page. This immediately deletes your OAuth tokens and stops all automated actions. Action logs expire automatically after 30 days. For complete data removal, contact us at [email protected].
Data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. OAuth tokens are stored in Cloudflare's globally distributed KV store with encryption at rest. We follow the principle of least privilege: we only request the minimum permissions needed to operate the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Timeroom is a calendar-first assistant. It connects to a single user's calendar to detect conflicts, protect focus time and optimise the working day. We follow the principle of least privilege: we request only the minimum access required to deliver the service, and nothing more. This page summarises how Timeroom is built and how your organisation stays in control.
Timeroom uses delegated permissions only. It acts strictly on behalf of the individual user who signs in and can access only the data that user can already access. It has no standalone identity in your organisation and no application-level permissions, so it can never read another employee's calendar or mailbox.
On Microsoft 365, Timeroom requests calendar and basic profile access only (Calendars.ReadWrite, User.Read, and sign-in identity). It does not request mailbox access: it cannot read inboxes or send email on a user's behalf.
Sign-in is handled entirely by Microsoft or Google through the OAuth 2.0 authorization-code flow. Your password is never seen, transmitted or stored by Timeroom. Access and refresh tokens are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.
Timeroom runs on Cloudflare's serverless platform. OAuth tokens and action logs are stored in Cloudflare KV; application data in Cloudflare D1. All stored data is encrypted at rest, and all traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Every record is keyed to the owning user and every query is scoped to a single user. Action logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
You can disconnect a calendar account from the Connect page at any time, which immediately deletes the stored tokens for that account and stops all automated actions. An administrator can revoke Timeroom's access for the whole organisation at any time from the Microsoft or Google admin console. We recommend enabling per-user assignment so that only the staff who use Timeroom can sign in.
A detailed security and compliance datasheet, covering OAuth scopes, data isolation, encryption and revocation controls for NIS 2.0 and GDPR assessment, is available here: Download the Enterprise Security Datasheet (PDF). A GDPR Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
If you believe you have found a security issue in Timeroom, please report it to security@timeroom.ai. We welcome responsible disclosure and will acknowledge valid reports. Our machine-readable security contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

Timeroom integrates with the Anthropic Claude API to power its AI features. Claude is a large language model developed by Anthropic.
The Anthropic Claude API is used for the following features within Timeroom:
When using AI features, relevant calendar metadata (event titles, times, durations, priorities) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. No data is stored by Anthropic beyond the scope of each request. Timeroom does not send personal emails, attachments, or sensitive account credentials to any AI service.
AI features are optional. You can use Timeroom's core calendar management, rules, and automation without triggering any AI requests. AI-powered features are clearly labeled throughout the application.
